SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to communication equipment and can be used in satellite communication systems. The method consists in using relay satellites put into the orbit of a planet or a satellite of a planet, connected by inter-satellite radio links and providing global coverage of the planet or the satellite of the planet, it is proposed to relay information via an optical communication link to geostationary relay satellites connected by inter-satellite radio links, and then to transmit information from geostationary relay satellites to earth stations in the radio range.
