SUBSTANCE: simulator is designed for self-sustained stretching of vertebra and prevention of its diseases, training muscular system with an effect of entertainment, convenient in service, for transportation and storage between sessions. The simulator comprises a folding frame with a horizontal bearing axis, the removable rotary table with grips for the user's feet and head which is mounted on the horizontal bearing axis, the handls to control the angle of slope of the rotary table mounted on the folding frame. It also comprises a grip for fixing the head in the form of a narrow pillow under the neck and a strap under the chin. In addition, on the edge of the rotary table, opposite the edge with the grips for fixing the legs the under-chest strap is located which fixes the chest which is pressed against the rotary table with a rubber tape and connected to the edge of the table with the length adjustable cord of the suspension. And the ends of the strap under the chin and the narrow sides of the pillow under the neck are connected by connecting cords that are passed through the loops in the length adjustable cords of the headrest connected with the edge of the table, and the grip for the head fixation has a rubber tape pressing the pillow under the neck to the rotary table and the strap under the chin to the chin. The rotary table consists of two parts that are connected to each other with screws or bolts, providing the length of the table necessary for the user.

EFFECT: providing the opportunity of adaptation of the simulator to the shape of the head, the size of the chest and the height of the user.
