SUBSTANCE: training simulator comprises a removable rotary table consisting of two parts coupled by tapping screws or external screws to adjust the table length to the user's needs; the rotary table comprises leg and head holders, as well as a breastband holding the user's chest or armpits. The rotary table has some alignment notches, one of which is mounted on a horizontal bearing axis of a moving frame to provide the optimum location of the user's centre of gravity when lying on the rotary table; the moving frame carries control handles to adjust an inclination of the rotary table; the handles are rotatable in a rocking plane of the rotary table at an angle, which depends on the present height of the horizontal bearing axis of the movable frame; the leg holders are loop-shaped to fix the ankles reliably notwithstanding the leg size, and the number of the above leg holders and adjustment on the rotary table are based on a user's ability to use them by at least two users taking their turns and having a height difference of up to 100 cm.

EFFECT: user's ease to hold the control handles to adjust the inclination of the rotary table in any position thereof and the wide range of adjustability of the limit inclinations of the rotary table.
