SUBSTANCE: simulator is designed for self-acting stretching of the spine and prevention of its diseases, muscular system training with effect of entertainment, easy to use, easy to transport and store between activities. The simulator comprises a removable rotary table consisting of two parts that are interconnected with screws or bolts to provide the length of table necessary for the user, on the rotary table the grippers for feet and head are located, as well as a breastband for gripping the chest or armpits of the user. The rotary table has several mounting grooves, with one of which it is placed on the horizontal support axis of the folding frame, which is a part of the simulator, to ensure optimal placement of the centre of gravity of the user, placed on the rotary table, on the folding frame the handles are mounted to control the slope angle of the rotary table, which are made rotary at a certain angle in the plane of swinging of the rotary table.

EFFECT: increase in the slope angles of the rotary table with maintaining the convenience of the user to hold the handles to control the slope angle of the rotary table in any position of the rotary table.
