FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Proposed skin is composed of laminar skin with gauze of reinforcing ribs. Said gauze comprises helical ribs with lateral surfaces shaped to ordinary right helix with said ribs turned in compartment end area and changing into left helix and vice versa, as well as lengthwise ribs turned in U-like direction at compartment end areas. Said ribs are uniformly distributed over compartment surface and arranged in continuous layers. Said ribs consist of layer of unidirectional fiber strands from composite material bonded together by polymer binder. Outer laminar skin of polymer composite is laid over said gauze of reinforcing ribs.

EFFECT: higher strength in skin end area, reduced weight of joint between skin and mating structures.
