FIELD: building industry.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises formation of a system of ribs of a stiffened set of the carcass by winding of a flexible fibrous material impregnated with a binder, on the matrix located on the mandrel, subsequent formation of a lagging layer of the panel by winding the flexible fibrous material impregnated with a binder over the stiffened set of the carcass, curing the binder, and removal of the panel from the mandrel. At that on the mandrel a matrix is formed, having uneven grooves of a figure profile for the subsequent formation by winding of the system of ribs of the stiffened set of the carcass - longitudinal, transverse, spiral and annular of a various cross-section along the length of the rib and of different heights along the length of the rib, at that the ribs of the stiffened set are formed by winding in the uneven grooves of the matrix of the flexible fibrous material impregnated with a binder, after which on the carcass ribs a lagging cover is formed by winding of the flexible fibrous material, and curing the binder is carried out after the completion of formation of the structure of the panel carcass.

EFFECT: elimination of machining the ribs of the stiffened set of the carcass in height and thickness.
