FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture a road surface structure, including the following steps: application of a concrete primer onto a concrete structure; application of a polymer film onto a bearing structure coated with the primer according to the pitch; and then also application of the polymer primer onto the polymer film; application of a layer of a fibrous material, onto which a thermoplastic solid at ambient temperature is applied at one side in an adhesive manner, besides, application of the layer of the fibrous material is carried out so that the side of the layer of the fibrous material, opposite to the side coated with the thermoplastic is brought in contact with the polymer primer; and application of the bearing layer on the basis of bitumen. Also a layer of a fibrous material is described, as well as a roll of a rolled layer of a fibrous material, the method to manufacture a layer of a fibrous material and a road surface structure.

EFFECT: creation of a road surface structure, in which a proper connection is provided between a polymer film and a bitumen-based bearing layer, without significant weakening of mechanical properties of a connection.
