FIELD: biometrics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of workplace monitoring using biometrics. The method for working time recording is that the camera continuously transmits a stream of images of a person’s face at the workplace, or images of the workplace to a computer of the workplace, which analyzes the received stream of images using software and determines whether an event has occurred, records the time of the event, and in the case of positive result issuance the computer installed at the workplace transmits an image of a person’s face to a server containing a database of reference images of a person’s face and software, which verifies the image of a person’s face with low resolution, the server records the time and verifies the image of a person’s face from its database of images of human faces, in case of detection of a high verification error, the server transmits an image of a person’s face made at the workplace.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of determining the time spent at the workplace.
