FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: relative level of active phagocytes and absolute content of CD8+ lymphocytes are determined in peripheral venous blood of examined people in dynamics of performed treatment. If level of active phagocytes increases by 30% and more and content of CD8+ decreases by not less than 25% from initial value treatment is estimated as efficient.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to analyse individual dynamics of treatment with regard to a particular patient, correct tactics of therapeutic procedures for chronic inflammatory processes of respiratory system in due time.
