FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to allergology, immunology and otorhinolaryngology, and can be used to predict the formation of a developed asthmatic triad in patients with polypous rhinosinusitis after polypotomy. To do this, using the bioluminescent method, determine the activity of enzymes of peripheral blood lymphocytes: NADP-glutamate dehydrogenase (NADP-GDH) and NADH-lactate dehydrogenase (NADH-LDH), calculate the ratio of activities (NADP-GDH / NADN-LDH). If the value of the obtained indicator is equal to or more than 5.4, the formation of a developed asthmatic triad is predicted in patients with polypous rhinosinusitis after polypotomy.
EFFECT: method allows to correct therapeutic and preventive measures in patients with polypous rhinosinusitis with a high level of prognosis coincidence.
