FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device to determine and display or control of at least one operating condition of the vessel for cooking on the parameter selected from the following group: temperature, pressure or humidity of the air in the vessel. The device comprises a regulating element to determine the operating condition and the warning device which comprises a sensor of acoustic signal and/or a sensor of optical signal and/or an indicator. The actual value of the operating condition parameter can be shown by the indicator, and when the operating condition parameter achieves the setting value the corresponding signal can be generated. The regulating element comprises a rotary measuring disc with the coding structure, and a sensitive means is provided for measuring the angular displacement of the measuring disk.
EFFECT: provision of the opportunity for continuous display of the current operating condition of the vessel.
