ANALYTE CONCENTRATION DETERMINING KIT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B5/145

Abstract RU 2707819 C2

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a kit and method for determining analyte concentration in a user's physiological fluid. Data reading module is reversibly connected to the sensor module and measurement data are transmitted from the sensor module to the data reading module by means of wireless communication in the near field. Data transmission module is reversibly connected to the sensor module and measurement data are transmitted from the sensor module to the data transmission module by means of wireless communication in the near field. Set comprises a sensor module with a mechanical interface, a data reading module and a data transmission module. Sensor element of sensor module is configured to be implanted into body tissue of user and to determine concentration of analyte. Control device of the sensor module is connected to the sensor element and has a data collection device for collecting measurement data using the sensor element and a wireless communication device in the near field for transmitting measurement data. Data reading module has a storage device and is configured to receive measurement data from the sensor module by means of wireless communication in the near field and with possibility of storing measurement data. Data transmission module has a wireless communication device in a far field and is configured to receive measurement data from the sensor module through wireless communication in the near field and to transmit measurement data to the external device through wireless communication in the far field. Both the data reading module and the data transmission module comprise a mechanical interface inserted into the detachable interface with the mechanical interface of the sensor module with provision of a fixed mutual arrangement either between the sensor module and the data reading module, or between the sensor module and the data transmission module. Expanded functionality of the set compared to a single sensor module with simultaneous minimization of the volume occupied by the sensor module and resources required for its operation due to the use of a data reading module and a data transmission module, made in the form of separate components of the set.

EFFECT: adaptation of set configuration to actual needs of specific situation, in which measurements are performed.
