FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. In compliance with proposed method, polymer water solution or dispersion is added to suspension as binder to homogenise the mix and to dehydrate it mechanically. Dry residue is pelletised. Produced pellets are subjected to natural drying and irreversible hardening of polymer binder. Hardening sets the structure and complex of agglomerate properties required for secondary raw stock including high strength, water and heat resistance.
EFFECT: combined operations of superfine wastes in one process, ruled out intermediate refinement.
