FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed stand comprises bed with pressure screws and spring elements fitted therein, horizontal drive shafts with rolls running in antifriction bearings fitted in pads with covers arranged in H-like case with oval holes for its fastening at said bed, vertical rolls with axial and radial adjustment mechanisms with cylindrical guide and pressure screws. Note here that all outer covers of horizontal roll pads are provided with vertical slots. Note also that covers of horizontal roll pads are provided with thread on the side opposite the drive to interact with nuts wherein thrust bearings are mounted on cylindrical ends of horizontal drive shafts. Threaded holes for fastening plates with locating screws are arranged on faces of H-like case. Inner vertical sides of case extending parts are provided with sliding guides to interact with vertical slots of horizontal roll pad outer covers. Every vertical roll radial adjustment mechanism is furnished with spring-loaded slide fitted in cylindrical guides to interact with pressure screw.
EFFECT: higher stiffness of roll pass and faster rearrangement of rolls.
