FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: rolling mill contains pedestal, stand beds, where there are located with ability of radial and axial adjustment horizontal and vertical rolls with frictionless bearing, cushions, end covers and driver of horizontal and vertical rolls, including electric motors and parallel-shaft reducer. Profiling of any closed profiles complex by sectional shape, ability of rolling hardly-deformed metals and alloys is provided ensured by increasing of deformation uniformity by section of blanks by means of that on pedestal with ability of pivot turn, parallel rolling axes, it is located supporting pole for installation of driver of horizontal and vertical rolls, drivers of horizontal rolls are located at the one side of mill axis, output shaft of vertical roll from the side of horizontal rolls driver is displaced relative to this roller, and top cushion of its vertical roll contains engaged gears, one of which is fixed on shaft of roll, and other - on output control shaft. Mills have squared shape with vertical wall, in which there are implemented rectangular grooves for placement beveled roll chock and clamping wedges.
EFFECT: enhancement of equipment manufacturing capabilities and range of manufactured products.
