FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipe welding, particularly, to pipe section press forming stands. Proposed stand comprises horizontal rolls arranged in foundation and provided with radial adjustment mechanisms made up of pressure screws, pads and flexible appliance to interact with pressure screw thrust bearings, vertical rolls with radial adjustment mechanisms arranged fitted in housings with locking covers with their nuts fitted in cross members arranged on foundation faces to vertically move and be locked, and horizontal roll radial adjustment drive. Metal plates are made on pressure screw thrust bearings. Top horizontal roll is provided with pressure pickups arranged in face recesses made in pads to interact with metal plates fitted on pressure screw thrust bearings. Every flexible appliance of top horizontal shaft is arranged in said recess and made up of, at least, twp variable-section beams with their ends separated by inserts.
EFFECT: higher quality of welded pipes, easier change of process tool change.
