FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises at least one hydro-pneumatic accumulator, in the body of which there is a liquid port arranged, which communicates with a liquid reservoir of the accumulator separated with a movable isolator from a gas reservoir of the accumulator, which via a gas port communicates with at least one gas receiver. In the receiver there is a regenerating heat exchanger arranged, preferably in the form of a metal porous structure with total area of heat exchanging surfaces of the regenerating heat exchanger, reduced to total inner volume of the receiver, exceeding 2000 cm2/litre, preferably, exceeding 10000 cm2/litre and total heat capacity, reduced to total inner volume of a gas receiver, exceeding 40 J/K/litre. The gas reservoir of the accumulator communicates with a gas port of at least one receiver via a gas valve equipped with a controlled valve arranged as capable of locking and unlocking of this gas channel.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of hydraulic energy recuperation.
