SUBSTANCE: device includes at least one hydropneumatic accumulator in the housing of which there made is liquid port interconnected with liquid reservoir of accumulator, separated by means of movable divider from gas reservoir of accumulator, which is interconnected through gas port with gas port at least of one gas receiver in which there arranged is regenerating heat exchanger made in the form of metal porous structure; at that, total area of heat exchange surfaces of regenerating heat exchanger, which is corrected to total inner volume of receiver, exceeds 2000 cm2/litre, preferably exceeds 10000 cm2/litre.
EFFECT: reducing heat losses, improving manufacturability and increasing recovery efficiency of hydraulic energy.
