FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in military equipment when designing rockets with optical self-homing heads (OSHH). The optic-electronic tracking coordinator comprises a biaxial gimbal joint with angle sensors and stabilisation motors, a sensitive element - a three-degree gyroscope with angle and torque sensors fixed with the possibility of its rotor rotation around the axis X, perpendicular to axes Y and Z, a unit of command generation to an actuating device, and also a laser range finder comprising a transmitting and a receiving units.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand functional capabilities of a coordinator being a composite part of a gyrostabilised OSHH, in respect to accuracy of automatic signal generation for operation of an actuating device with account of approaching speed, and also a target type.
