SUBSTANCE: technique involves three-fold freezing and thawing of patient's blood serum and analysis for apoliprotein B, lipoprotein (a) and evaluation of their relation. If the relation makes 20.5 and less, an early stage of lipidemia is stated. The use of the declared method provides higher diagnostic accuracy in lipidemia.

EFFECT: method is simple to implement and interpret the results.
