SUBSTANCE: in according with one version of realisation the method may include detection of quality of an uplink channel in a base station in a wireless network for a mobile station, sending an index of aggregation of acknowledgment/non-acknowledgment (ACK/NAK) into the mobile station on the basis of detection, sending multiple packets of data into the mobile station and receiving at least one aggregated count of ACK/NAK from the mobile station.
EFFECT: efficient usage of communication channel resource.
