SUBSTANCE: information on capability of a terminal, related to capability of a wireless terminal device, in which at least one of frequencies in the first passband for use in the ascending communication line and the second passband of frequencies for use in the descending communication line is variable, is previously associatively related to terminal category. When information on terminal capability is received from a wireless terminal device, the terminal category is assigned by information on terminal capability, the communication line is tuned for a wireless terminal device, and a control signal is sent, which corresponds to communication line tuning. Control may be simplified by tuning of communication line according to terminal category.

EFFECT: increased throughput capacity.
