SUBSTANCE: method of group annunciation is proposed in the message service on the basis of the session initiation protocol SIP and a device for a "PT-client". The method includes receiving a request for sending a message of group annunciation for a certain "PT-group" by a "PT-server" from a requesting "PT-client"; detection by the "PT-server", whether this certain "PT-group" is a limited conference group or a previously formed group; detection by the "PT-server" on the basis of a document of the "PT-group" connected to this "PT-group" on whether it is permitted to the specified requesting "PT-client" to send a message of group annunciation; and selective transfer of the group annunciation message by the "PT-server", at least to one member of this certain "PT-group" on the basis of the results of the specified definition stages.
EFFECT: provision of a method of group annunciation, including setting, tuning and applying rules of group annunciation.
