SUBSTANCE: method for effectuation of "Push-to" service ("PT-service") includes the following: acceptance of communication session "SIP" initiation protocol message by server from the first "PT-client" (client of "Push-to" service), at the same time specified message of session initiation protocol includes condition of communication session prohibition on the basis of "Push-to" service, hereinafter referred to as "PT-session"; receiving invitation for communication session by server from the first "PT-client", who wishes to invite the second "PT-client" for a "PT-session", and comparison of communication session prohibition condition for "PT-session" and information on network of the second "PT-client" by server; and selective issue of permission for invitation to a session of communication on the basis of comparison stage result so that "PT-session" is permitted or prohibited for the second "PT-client".
