The oven includes the following elements: the oven body having a baking chamber for baking truck reception, a heating device, a compressor initiating the heat carrier flow from the heating device into the baking chamber and backwards, a device for the baking chamber moistening placed in the baking chamber and including, at least, one heat accumulator metal body and a water supply device.

EFFECT: invention allows to improve bakery ovens in accordance with an original version so that to use heating energy optimally.
