FIELD: baking industry.

SUBSTANCE: baking oven is made in the form of baking cabinet and is equipped with baking chamber adapted for placement of product to be baked therein, heat carrier heating device with inlet opening for intake of heat carrier from baking chamber and outlet opening for feeding of heated heat carrier into baking chamber. Baking oven has first flow-through channel for passage of heat carrier flow through portion defined between baking chamber and inlet opening and second flow-through channel for passage of heat carrier flow through portion defined between outlet opening and baking chamber. Throttling device is positioned in zone adjoining at least one of flow-through channels for regulation of flow resistance in respective flow-through channel.

EFFECT: simplified regulation of amounts of heat carrier fed into baking chamber.
