SUBSTANCE: stove/baking chamber loading and unloading device (7) contains a movable feed table 4, a driven conveyor web (6) passing at least round the turning edge (10) of the feed table (4) and representing its upper part and a movable enclosure (16) represented by a guard partition driven into the retention position preventing drop of items as may be on the conveyor web (6) over the turning edge (10) of the feed table (4). Notably, the feed table (4) has two side walls positioned parallel relative each other (8) with the guard partition (16) of the feed table (4) travelling along the side walls (8).
EFFECT: invention allows to protect bakery products against drop.
