FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Fixation of wing and body of ilium is performed only on the side of fracture by means of three threaded metaphyseal rods, located in different geometrical planes and connected by means of crossing bars. Lower third of hip is fixed with crossing Kirschner wires, fixed in standard ring, which is connected with bars by means of fixed rods. Displacement in length is eliminated by distraction in apparatus, transverse displacement is eliminated by means of Kirschner wire with rest passed through proximal part of distal fragment.
EFFECT: method ensures stable fixation in region of fracture, reduction of postoperative complications reduction of treatment terms.
