FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, particularly, to grain grinders. Hammer grinder comprises grinding chamber housing with cover provided with stone extractor mounted on its outer surface. Motor is secured on said housing, motor shaft supporting external blower and hammer rotor. External blower blades are arranged along disc edges. Hammer rotor is composed of hub with inner and outer discs and axle arranged there between, each being provided with a set of hammers. Grinding chamber is formed by cover, external blower disc and deck. Said grinding chamber allows varying clearance between blower disc and grinding chamber housing in face. Aforesaid deck can displace axially in grinding chamber relative to hammer rotor. Fineness of grain increases due to decreased area of rotor hammers with deck on shifting it axially in grinding chamber housing.
EFFECT: higher reliability and quality.
