FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers intended for applying liquid coatings on, for example, surfaces of pipelines. Proposed device comprises roll drive, carriage and, at least, two arc-like brackets coupled with said carriage. Rolls represent flexible shafts readily flexed in whatever directions that feature high torsional rigidity and low bending rigidity. One end of every roll is secured to rotate on carriage and coupled with drive by axle. Opposite end is secured to rotate in free end of arc-like bracket. Brackets are arranged on carriage ad distance there between to allow placing the pipeline to be coated. Said brackets can turn in mutually perpendicular direction relative to each other to embrace cylindrical article in semicircular transverse way.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, simplified design, expanded performances.
