SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for treatment of domestic-household sewage waters in separately standing cottages, farm houses, in catering enterprises. Method and device are suggested for making microperforations on elastic jacket, which has been previously folded into flat part, and pulled between drums 1 and 2 that synchronously and cophasedly rotate opposite to each other, which are equipped with pins 3. Pins 3 are arranged in the form of triangular prisms, are fixed by their face on generatrices of drums 1 and 2, and rib opposite to this face is perforating blade, which is arranged along arc of equidistant circumference of appropriate drum. Pins 3 are located at the same distance in rows, and rows are displaced in staggered order.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced labour intensiveness during making of microperforations in elastic jacket, preparation of quality finished product.
