SUBSTANCE: invention refers to immunostimulatory oligonucleotides. An oligonucleotide is proposed with length of 6-100 nucleotides, containing at least one sequence 5'R1YZR23'. R1 and R2 are selected from the group containing a lipophilic substituted nucleotide analogue (L) and a nucleotide. R2 may be absent, so that 5'R1YZR23' represents R1YZ. At least one of R1 and R2, represents a lipophilic substituted nucleotide analogue (L). L is selected from 5-chlorine-uracil, 5-bromine-uracil or 5-iodine-uracil, 5-ethyl-uracil or (E)-5-(2-bromine-vinyl)-uracil. Y is cytosin or 5-methyl cytosin. Z is selected from the group containing guanine, 6-thioguanine, 2'O-methyl guanine, 7-deazaguanine and inosine. Oligonucleotide is not 5'd[GCGAA(BrU)(BrU)CGC]3', where BrU is 5-bromine uracil. Versions of oligonucleotide are proposed, and also the method to induce an immune response on the basis of nucleotides. Versions are described how to apply oligonucleotides for production of a medicinal agent for treatment of cancer or virus infection.
EFFECT: oligonucleotides have high immunostimulatory activity, which may find application in medicine.
