SUBSTANCE: pre- and post-therapeutic serum sE-selectin and sP-selectin are evaluated. If observing decrease of the sE-selectin level by 43.5% and more and of the sP-selectin level - by 45.9%, the therapy of inflammatory intestinal diseases is considered to be effective.
EFFECT: method enables more accurate assessment of the clinical effectiveness in inflammatory intestinal diseases.
