SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication engineering and can be used in digital television. The result is achieved due to that, in the stereo television system on the transmitting side there are two charge injection devices (CID matrices), the transmitter has a single channel, on the receiving side there are two receiving registers, a remote control console and a unit for tracking television channel reception time.
EFFECT: reduction of power consumption by two times compared to the primary standard and introduction of tracking time for viewing television channels.
