SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio communication engineering and may be used for digital TV broadcasting. Results are achieved by the fact that in stereotelevision system on transmitting side there are two CID matrices introduced with HZ technology into photoelectric transducer, transmitter is arranged from two channels using one carrier frequency, receiving side is arranged from two tracts of reception and processing of video signals codes, in every channel of R, G, B signal the following components are introduced - decoder, accumulator of frame codes and shaper of control signals.
EFFECT: reduced power intensity of system and simplified photoelectric transducer on transmitting side.
