SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used for digital television broadcasting. The result is achieved due to that, the stereotelevision system, which has transmitting and receiving sides, three coders are used at the transmitting side and the photoelectric converter includes first and second CID matrices (charge injection device) and the transmitter has a single channel. At the receiving side there are three decoders and three control signal conditioners.
EFFECT: three-fold reduction of energy consumption of the system compared to the standard.
