FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking cytological sample from the neoplasm site using single lumen needle having resistance and capacity transducers at the end connected to recording unit with resistance and capacity curves built in dynamic mode. The needle is introduced under ultrasonic radiation control on resistance and capacity needle penetration depth. Samples are taken mainly from the area of active tumor proliferation. Resistance and capacity values are used for concluding if the uptake opening of the needle is in the mentioned zone. The needle is positioned at the place corresponding to lower resistance values and higher capacity values. Resistance-capacity diagram is used for determining active growth zone and comparing it to typical values taking it as reference point for determining treatment effectiveness in repeatedly carrying out diagnosis examination. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in determining the most active tumor growth zone; production of current information concerning tumor body structure and tissue resection. 3 dwg
