METHOD FOR FREQUENCY SOUNDING COMBINED WITH DATA TRANSMITTING PROCESS Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC H04L1/04 H04B7/12 

FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: data transmitting process at chosen frequency intermits with transmitting of separate information units at other dedicated frequencies, note that sounding frequencies transmit text units not pre-known at receiving side, not carrying any information load, but simple information units, note that these units are closed by interference-resistant code and cyclic control sum CRC. When decoding received information units there performed is the check by CRC and, if CRC check has not revealed any distortion of received information unit, there performed is the calculation of number of errors corrected by interference-resistant code, the results of this calculation is quantitative index of availability degree of sounding frequency and on the base of these results there performed is the ranging of reserved frequencies by availability degree for communication. Sounding of all dedicated frequencies is done in the course of data transmitting process without reduction of information speed.

EFFECT: provision of control of dedicated frequency resource condition not reducing information speed of data transfer.
