FIELD: printing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method and plant are proposed for die cutting of labelling material, including a face material, an adhesive substance and a coating (optional), to produce labels, where the coating on the labelling material coated with pressure-sensitive glue may be a thin or a ultrathin coating. The method includes production of a labelling material cloth, separation of the coating from the face material and the adhesive substance, feed to the cutting section with a flexible rotary stamp by a support roller. The adhesive substance is previously cooled. The method includes subsequent repeated application of the separated coating by lamination. The plant for method realisation includes separating and cutting sections, the latter includes facilities for cooling of the adhesive substance.
EFFECT: method is proposed to produce a cloth of labelling material.
