FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering. Proposed method comprises decelerating garbage objects to shift them to lower orbit for them to burn in the Earth atmosphere. Obstacle composed of spatially distributed particles is created on path of garbage objects. Said particles generate kinetic impact effects to affect garbage objects. Particles material represents nitrogen oxidation products, preferably, nitrogen oxides I, III, IV, V - N2O, N2O3, NO2, N2O4, N2O5. Particle matter aggregate state is a solid. Particle sizes are selected subject to sizes of garbage object.

EFFECT: higher reliability and ecological safety.
