FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The device contains a horizontal frame space containing a carriage and is matched to a platform placed on the lifting device so that to enable rotation relative to the raise/lower axis; the frame is connected to its rotation traction mechanism placed on the lifting device rigidly and independently of the platform; the carriage reverse drive is placed on the rotatable platform. Additionally, the device is equipped with a turning traction mechanism designed so that to enable the horizontal frame space angle position reverse relative to the conveyor central axis; the conveyor inlet is equipped with guides for the product supplied. Additionally, the raise/lower mechanism is equipped with the platform weight compensator with mechanisms while the horizontal frame space raise/lower device is designed in the form of, for example, a rod matched to the sensor for control of distribution rollers height relative to the conveyor plane. Simultaneously, to produce a uniform dough sheet structure, a dough piece volume weight control sensor is placed in the area of the guides for the product supplied; the conveyor drive is designed to be reversible, sheet of dough being rolled.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the installation energy and material consumption due to combination of the operations of dough sheet preliminary rolling and formation of the ready dough semi-products with uniform sheet structure from the dough sheet.
