SUBSTANCE: invention relates to absorbing product (1) such as sanitary towel, pad for underwear or protective pad, used in case of incontinence. Product has longitudinal direction and transverse direction, front part (2), back part (4) and perineum part (3), located between front part (2) and back part (4) and peripheral edge (12), with said product (1) containing absorbing element (5), which includes absorbing part (5b) for absorption of biological fluids. Said absorbing element (5) has upper side (15), intended for facing user's body during product (1) application, and lower side (11), intended for facing the side external to user's body during product (1) application, and stiffening element (6), which provides specified shape to product, at least, during application. Stiffening element (6) is attached to lower side (11) of absorbing element (5), with stiffening element (6) containing piece of material (60), formed into layered structure, which significantly contributes to stiffening element (6) rigidity, where layered structure can pass into non-layered structure, where piece of material (60) is provided with first means of fixation (25) for fixation of rolled or folded used product (1).

EFFECT: product ensures reliable fit to body due to preservation of specified product shape, which enhances fitting of product to user's body.
