FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to a prefabricated structure of a building panel of a satellite and to the method of its manufacturing. The prefabricated structure comprises a rigid flat panel and a solid fastening part adhered to the panel. The fastening part comprises the first flat surface, having a niche to hold the glue, rims around the niche, designed for glue retention, and a hole, and a massif fixed to the first flat surface. The massif comprises a metal insert, the expansion ratio of which exceeds the expansion ratio of the fastening part material. The metal insert is arranged in a mould during moulding of the fastening part. The method for manufacturing of a prefabricated structure, in which, moulding the fastening part, hot pressing of carbon fibres impregnated with thermosetting resin is carried out in the mould holding the metal insert. The fastening part comprises the first part formed by the first flat surface, comprising a niche and a hole stretching via the first part, the second part formed by a massif fixed to the first flat surface, having the metal insert, the expansion ratio of which exceeds the expansion ratio of the composite metal. Thread is cut in a metal insert in such a manner that the massif of the fastening part is screwed. The first flat surface of the fastening part is adhered to the building panel, the surface layers of which consist of carbon.
EFFECT: simplification of building panel manufacturing is achieved.
