FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: separating film is applied to the forming surface of the mould. A plurality of thermoplastic polymer coating particles are added in a plasma spray gun, plasma spraying is carried out by thermoplastic polymer coating particles on the separating film on the mould to form a layer of thermoplastic polymer coating on the mould during in situ tape laying of the first layer of thermoplastic fibre-reinforced composite material having a first and a second surface. Plasma spraying is carried out by the thermoplastic polymer coating particles on the second surface of the first layer of thermoplastic fibre-reinforced composite materials during in situ during tape laying of the next layer of thermoplastic fibre-reinforced composite material having a first surface and a second surface. Plasma spraying is continuously carried by the thermoplastic polymer coating particles on the next layer of thermoplastic fibre-reinforced composite materials during in situ during tape laying, until a predetermined layers number of thermoplastic fibre-reinforced composite material is stacked to form the intermediate layer of the thermoplastic polymer between each layer thermoplastic fibre-reinforced composite material.

EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of the resulting articles.
