FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to dimensionally stable supporting structures of platforms made of laminated polymer composite materials and can be used in high-precision space systems, for example, as instrument platforms for spacecraft. Dimensionally stable platform is a three-layer structure consisting of an integral frame with skins glued to it, and a lattice aggregate is pre-installed in the frame cells before the platform is assembled. Frame consists of edges of an I-section and a frame in the form of a channel forming together with the edges a monolithic power frame made of layers of fibrous material impregnated with a polymer binder, and has metal embedded elements molded into a power frame. Lattice aggregate and plating platform made of carbon fiber sheet.
EFFECT: product of the proposed design is distinguished by increased rigidity of the platform, stability and accuracy of the positioning of the attachment points, as well as the strength of embedding the attachment points.
