SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises working member arranged at 60 degrees to horizontal line and provided with stages, nozzles and shutters with adjustable slot. Working member stages are composed of a plate and moving stages. Said plate is secured to face and vertical walls on trough inner side. Working member moving stages are composed of trough with wavy sine-profile are arranged in guides. Top ends of said member are connected to drive while bottom ends are located at bottom on trough inner side and are passed through slots between bottom part of shutter ends and bottom surfaces on trough inner side. Top ends of shutter ends are hinged to plate outer sides and those of the bottom. Bottom ends of shutters are arranged in cantilever relative to said shutters and rollers attached thereto. Nozzle is composed of trapezoidal-section box with slide valve and V-like adapters provided with lengthwise grooves. Said box is fitted by its elastic adapters in trough end wall grooves and secured it trough end wall outer side to turn thereabout and to be fixed.
