FIELD: material unloading.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the unloading of material. The device for unloading lumpy material from the bunker contains a working body located at an angle of 60°, and a nozzle. The body is made in the form of a plate and fixed to the walls of the bunker. The nozzle is mounted on the wall with the possibility of rotation and fixation and is made in the form of a box of trapezoidal section with a spool on the side of the smaller base and elastic V-shaped nozzles. Nozzles with longitudinal grooves are installed in the grooves of the end wall. The body is equipped with two movable plates located on the inner and outer sides of the device, with rods with drives. The rods are laid across the bottom in kinematic pairs and fixed on the front wall from the outside, passed through the holes in the front wall and fixed at the ends to the plates. Drives of plates with travel limitation are made in the form of hydraulic cylinders installed in guides on the front wall and fixed at one end with cylindrical hinges, and at the other ends are pivotally connected through lugs with hinges. The hinges are fixed to the plate. Along the perimeter of the front wall with an opening and the plate, holes and threaded holes for fastening connections are made, respectively. Rods and hydraulic cylinders are located symmetrically.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of lumpy material unloading from the bunker.
