FIELD: unloading lumpy material.

SUBSTANCE: device for unloading lumpy material from the hopper contains a chute and a nozzle. The chute is at an angle of 60° to the horizontal, has a flat cross-sectional shape with sides and is installed in the grooves of the side walls of the bunker. The sides of the chute cover the side walls of the bunker. The nozzle is fixed on the outer side of the end wall of the hopper with the possibility of rotation and fixation and designed as a box of trapezoidal section with a spool located on the side of the smaller base and elastic V-shaped nozzles. The nozzles are equipped with longitudinal grooves and installed in the grooves of the end wall of the hopper. The chute is installed and connected along the perimeter by its outer plane with a number of balls that complete the upper parts of the cylindrical twisted springs located at a certain step in the longitudinal grooves of the guides rigidly fixed to the chute. The lower parts of the springs are finished with hinged supports rigidly fixed to the additional plate. The plate connects the side walls of the hopper and is located perpendicular to them. From the outer side of the chute, vibrators are fixed symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the outlet of the hopper.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of material unloading from the hopper.
