FIELD: mining operations.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a working body located at an angle of 60° to the horizontal, and nozzles made in the form of boxes of trapezoidal section, with spools arranged at the side of the smaller base and flexible V-shaped caps, made with longitudinal grooves. The boxes are mounted with flexible caps in the grooves of the end wall of the hopper and the diaphragms and fixed respectively on the outer end wall of the hopper and the outer side of the working body with the ability of rotation and fixation. On the outer side of the lower stage of the hopper a fixed holder of the supporting and turning arrangement is mounted symmetrically relative to its longitudinal axis, having on the outer side a toothed sector, and movable holder is connected with an additional ring mounted in the opening of the lower stage of the working body, with a pivot plate mounted above the lower stage of the hopper. The mechanism of rotation is mounted on the frame ground, attached to the lower side of the rotary plate and is connected by the gear on the output shaft with a toothed sector of the fixed holder.
