FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to marine low-viscosity fuel containing a mixture of distillates of atmospheric and vacuum oil refining. Fuel is characterised by the fact that it contains an atmospheric refining fraction with boiling range of 210-365 °C and a vacuum refining fraction with boiling range of 255-360°C at the following component weight ratio (wt %): atmospheric refining fraction with boiling range of 210-365°C - 60-70; vacuum refining fraction with boiling range of 255-360°C - up to 100.
EFFECT: fuel has improved characteristics as to cetane number; at that, the procedure of its obtaining is simplified.
